These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Magic Mind mobile application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

  • Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • All purchases are final and subject to store refund policies.
  • You are responsible for managing subscriptions and purchases through your device settings.


We do not store payment information.

5. Physical Deck Unlock (LOT Code)

If you own a Magic Mind physical deck, you may unlock full app access by entering:

  • A valid email address
  • A valid LOT code printed on the deck


We reserve the right to deny access if codes are invalid or misused.

6. Account & Data

Some features may require you to provide an email address.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Maintaining access to your device


Gameplay data is stored locally unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including:

  • Symbols
  • Artwork
  • Logos
  • Design elements
  • Game mechanics are the property of Magic Mind and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.


You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted
  • The App will be error-free
  • Results of gameplay are accurate or predictive
